A Head Chef or Kitchen Manager is required to lead a fast paced street food operation in the centre of Birmingham city. You will lead a team of 4 Chefs - the menu is small but the food is fresh, packed with flavour and excitement.

This business has sites in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, London and now Birmingham. If you are into your modern food then this is the Head Chef role for you.

• Salary £32,000 - £35,000
• Full brigade
• 40 Hours (dependent on business)
• Straight shifts
• 5 out of 7
• Numbers upto 500
• Really smooth operation which is fully set up
• Great location near Birmingham New Street

The main offerings are providing breakfast and lunch and then a couple nights a week there is a formal dinner - but there is also potential for private events.
