Harper James appoints a trio of new talent for 2020

We're continuing to expand our team and are delighted toannounce a trio of new legal appointments for 2020. We welcome employeeincentives solicitor Ian Fraser, commercial associate Angela Kerry and legalassistant Katrina Leaf.

Ian joins us as an employee incentives specialist, with over25 years' experience. A leading practitioner in the share schemes field,recognised by Chambers Legal Directory and the Legal 500, Ian was a previouslya partner in Simmons and Simmons and K&L Gates. His areas of expertiseinclude: EMI, CSOP, SIP and SAVE plans, growth/hurdle share and phantom equityarrangements.

Angela came back into practice in 2018, following a careerin academia as an associate professor and LPC course director at BirminghamCity University. Originally qualified into a large commercial practice inBirmingham (now DLA), Angela brings a wealth of experience in commercialcontracts, from T&Cs to bespoke agreements across a range of industry sectors.

New legal assistant Katrina Leaf will be assisting oursolicitors in a number of practice areas, with a particular emphasis oncommercial property. A recent graduate of the University of Manchester, Katrinaachieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
