Job Description
Mitie Group plc. at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth is seeking a proactive Guest Services Supervisor to lead the front-line team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
This role covers supervising reception, concierge and info desks, coaching staff, handling guest enquiries and maintaining safety and compliance. 30 hours per week, evenings and weekends. Salary £14.37 per hour, reporting to the Guest Services Lead.
