Job Description
Sierra is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to join our Agent Development leadership and scale enterprise AI deployments in a fast-paced global environment.
You will stand up operating cadences, translate data into executive-ready insights, and drive account expansion to convert pipeline into durable revenue growth.
You'll also build internal tooling with AI, leveraging Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate workflows and increase cross-team efficiency.
