Growth-Driven Automotive Service Manager

Autotech Recruit is helping a growing automotive services group in Tallaght, Dublin, to appoint a Senior Service Manager. You will lead the day-to-day workshop, build and manage a team of up to 20 technicians, and drive productivity, profitability and KPIs while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial insight and a proven track record in automotive aftersales management. A full driving licence and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
