We are looking for an experienced Growth and Automation Specialist to improve how customers find and interact with us, and to increase conversions across all digital channels.

Whatyou will be doing:

• Buildand improve marketing automations across email, CRM and website
• CreateCRO experiments and optimise product pages, collection pages and funnels
• FixSEO issues (technical and on-page) and improve organic visibility
• Analysedata in GA4/Shopify to find revenue opportunities
• Workwith developers and designers to ship improvements
• UseAI tools to speed up content creation, workflows and reporting
• Builddashboards for tracking sales, leads, and marketing performance
• Supportcampaign setup (Google Ads/Meta) as needed
• Documentprocesses and create repeatable systems

What you bring to the role

• 4-7 years in digital marketing
• Strong in CRO, automation tools, and SEO
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, and GTM
• Comfortable with AI tools for content and analysis
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration

• Ability to manage agency relationships
