We are currently seeking a Level 2 Microsoft M365 Purview/DLP/Defender Specialist to join our team in Remote, București (RO-B), Romania (RO).

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and Microsoft Defender to protect organizational data and ensure compliance.
• Configure and maintain M365 Purview and DLP policies; manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Monitor alerts and respond to security incidents; conduct regular compliance reviews.
• Provide user training on data protection.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of M365 security and compliance tools; understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, etc.).
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Degree in IT/Information Security; Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• 3+ years in M365 security/compliance roles.
• Configuration and management of Microsoft Purview; implementation of DLP policies; administration of Microsoft Defender for Office 365; integration with Microsoft Sentinel; endpoint security policy deployment via Intune.
