Grower Services Officer

Bunge isseeking a proactive and detail-oriented Grower Services Officer tojoin our team based in Eastwood. This role is a key supportfunction within the Australian grain industry, providing essentialassistance to growers, accumulation teams and internal stakeholdersacross South Australia, Western Australia andnationally.

You willbe responsible for managing grower enquiries, processingtransactions, administering key digital platforms and supportingharvest operations, particularly during peak periods. This is avaried, fast-paced role offering strong exposure to grainaccumulation, contracting and grower services.

Keyresponsibilities

• Provide high-qualitycustomer service to growers via phone, email and digitalplatforms
• Manage sharedinboxes, voicemails and daily reporting to support efficientgrower communications
• Process growertransactions including deliveries, transfers, contracts, weighnote amendments and reporting
• Provide technicalsupport for grower-facing systems including the Bunge App,Ezigrain and Safety Card
• Support accumulationand marketing teams across multiple states, including backupcoverage during peak periods
• Assist with harvestoperations, including staff training, communications andafter-hours support as required

• Strong customerservice skills with a high level of attention todetail
• Confidentcommunicator with proven problem-solving ability
• Comfortable workingacross multiple systems and managing competingpriorities
• Organised, proactiveand able to work effectively within a teamenvironment
• Interest orexperience in agribusiness, grain or agriculture is highlyregarded
• Confident inMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel
• Flexible to supportpeak harvest activities, including occasional after-hourswork
