We're thrilled to be working with a newly renovated 18th-century country inn set to reopen after an impressive £3 million refurbishment. With 2 AA Rosettes, boutique bedrooms, and an onsite market garden supplying the kitchen with fresh produce, this is a unique chance to be part of something truly special from the very beginning. As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering bold, seasonal dishes and supporting the senior team in leading a high-performing kitchen.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef

• Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Taking ownership of sections during service and supporting more junior members of the team
• Upholding high kitchen standards in hygiene, safety and organisation
• Getting involved in menu development and showcasing produce from the garden
• Maintaining stock levels and supporting with daily prep and ordering
