Group Reservations Supervisor

Splendid Hospitality Group in London Brentford is seeking a Cluster Groups & Reservations Supervisor to oversee group bookings across multiple hotels and brands, ensuring brand standards are met.

You will supervise the Reservations team, work with the Hotel Sales Manager and Revenue Manager to maximize room revenue, and Upsell services to enhance guest experience. You will also report on reservations and revenue for the referenced properties.
