Group Reservations & Guest Experience Lead

Leonardo Hotels is seeking a proactive Groups Coordinator to manage group enquiries, lead generation, and reservations for a cluster of hotels across the UK. You will ensure smooth communication with guests and hotels, maintaining accurate rooming lists and timely payments.

You will develop a strong knowledge of the Leonardo Hotels brand, contribute to guest experience, and participate in ongoing training and progression opportunities within the group.
