Ground Maintenance Operative (Worcester)

We are looking for a ground maintenance Operative in the Worcester area to join a busy team maintaining public outdoor spaces across Worcester.

• Immediate start
• Permanent position after a successful trial period

Duties

• Mowing, strimming, and cutting back overgrowth
• Using power tools and wheelbarrows
• Maintaining green spaces
• Working in all weather conditions
• Supporting team operations across multiple sites

Skill and experience

• Comfortable working outdoors and in manual roles
• Full UK driving licence required
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions

Hours of work

• Mon - Thurs 07:30 - 15:30
• Fri 07:30 - 15:00

Pay rate

• £12.71/hour
