This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are available to work but don't want the commitment of a fixed weekly rota. Whether you want one day one week and four the next,GrandFlexgives you the flexibility to choose.

You'll work across a friendly cluster of nearbyGrandirUK nurseries, stepping in to support our teams whenever extra help is needed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements andGrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience working with children in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.
