Graduate Teaching Assistant - Psychology

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced staff who need support
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to boost engagement and understanding
• Inspire students to develop a love of learning
• Support classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is a plus but not essential
