SEN Teaching Assistant - Torfaen

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school with an SNRB provision from September.

This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), both on a 1:1 basis and within small group settings. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual targets within a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly ASD
• Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable
• Be confident supporting pupils both individually and in small groups
• Work effectively as part of a wider school team
• Be committed to making a positive impact on pupils' learning and wellbeing
