Job Description
Responsibilities 
- As a Graduate Research Executive, you will be working with data to create actionable insight led findings and storytelling the opportunities that exist.
- Understanding how research influences our clients, their commercial imperatives and organisational challenges.
- Working on relatable brands, products and services that have an impact on your everyday life.
- Supported by your manager & team, you will gain an ever evolving, in depth knowledge of the therapy areas you are working in, the treatments used, and the clients involved and their business objectives.
- You will help ensure our questionnaires accurately reflect how the disease is treated and develop new questions as client business needs change.
- We pride ourselves on our robust datasets that clients base important business decisions on - therefore, data accuracy is imperative and you will be involved in reviewing data, ensuring its reliability.
- You will be using cross tabulation software to design and run bespoke data analyses.
- While we cover a wide range of therapy areas, you will be starting your role at Ipsos within our Neurology team; covering areas like MS, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and Migraine.
- An analytical and problem solving mindset, focused on not only interpreting data but also understanding the "why" behind insights.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills, the ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them in a clear and engaging way.
- Commercial awareness and client focused mindset, with a genuine passion in understanding client needs.
