Graduate Police Programme: Lead Safer Communities

Police Now offers a two-year neighbourhood policing graduate scheme in England. You will be embedded with a neighbourhood policing team, using problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify risk and protect communities.

No previous policing experience is required, and the programme begins with a starting salary and extensive development support. You will gain hands-on frontline experience, complete attachments or secondments, and have opportunities for progression within the policing
