GP Clinician & MDT Leader, Educator & Governance

In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Salaried GP has the following wider responsibilities:

• Participate in the spectrum of clinical governance processes.
• Participate in formal training events promoting best practice in area of expertise. Provide leadership and education for members of the multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance and support when necessary.
• Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
