Global Retail Experience Lead

Totême is seeking a Retail Experience Manager in London to enhance the global retail experience. The role focuses on developing training programs for retail teams, aligning strategies with product launches, and improving in-store performance. Candidates should have experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, a strong understanding of client experience, and excellent project management skills. This is a full-time position in our London office with a start date by agreement.
