Global Markets Client Onboarding Manager (Corporate Title: Up to Vice President)

Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage end to end onboarding process for institutional clients across all lines of business.
- Act as primary point of contact during onboarding, delivering a timely and compliant client experience.
- Liaise with Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, AML/KYC, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met efficiently.
- Monitor and communicate progress with key stakeholders, proactively addressing roadblocks or delays.
- Ensure data accuracy and system readiness to enable clients to trade upon completion of onboarding.
- Advocate for the client voice, enabling strategic development of the client service model and technology platforms.
- Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base.
- Protect existing revenue and enable new revenue through onboardings and mandates won for multi fund launches.
- Experience in client onboarding, account management, or a similar operations/client facing role within financial services.
- Understanding of integration, regulatory, and documentation requirements for institutional client onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in workflow tools and familiarity with onboarding platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Application of legal structures and forms in relevant situations.
- Clear and confident oral communication.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Prioritisation of tasks to meet deadlines and business needs.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and with people of diverse experience.
- Proficiency in French and/or German - beneficial.
- Self motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage own time, knowing when to escalade.
- Attention to detail and a drive to bring new ideas to teams to foster innovation.
