Job Description
Citi Belfast is seeking a Senior HR Partnership Manager to lead a multi-geography team delivering day-to-day HR support in coordination with the HR team. The role reports to the Global Head of HR Partnership for all Functions including Technology, Functions, HR and Operations.
The role focuses on delivering seamless HR services to client groups, coaching managers, and aligning with COEs to drive organizational performance while maintaining strong risk and compliance oversight.
