Global Financial Crime Transformation Lead

Barclays is seeking a Financial Crime Transformation Lead to drive business analysis and discovery for complex, multi-year change programmes across global regulatory alignment and operational impact. You will coordinate with compliance, data, and technology teams to deliver measurable outcomes in onboarding, due diligence, screening, SARs and investigations.
