Global Compliance Lead - Gambling Regulation

BoyleSports is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the Group Compliance function across Ireland, the UK and Gibraltar. The role reports to the Group Compliance & Risk Director and oversees policies, training, and regulatory engagement.

You will manage a team of compliance professionals, drive regulatory change across jurisdictions, and ensure robust monitoring and reporting to regulators and senior stakeholders. Strong governance and stakeholder management are essential.
