Global Automation Strategy & Operations Lead

Deliveroo is seeking a Manager to lead the expansion of automated support in international markets. You will own end-to-end strategy and implementation of automated support features across new markets, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and country teams to scale automation globally.

You will serve as the central program lead for developing the international automation rollout plan, reporting on North Star metrics, and driving measurable automated resolution improvements.
