Glasgow: Frontline Care Team Leader

Enable is recruiting a Team Facilitator to lead a 39-hour week in Glasgow. You will manage a frontline team of Personal Assistants, conduct appraisals and inductions, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support. You'll handle rostering, safeguarding responses and collaboration with families and health professionals.

The role requires experience with adults and children with support needs, strong facilitation, and a full UK driving licence. On-call and travel across Glasgow are included.
