Job Description
Your mission will be to ensure the complete management of the HR cycle - payroll and to guarantee legal compliance and the reliability of HR data, contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR service. You will also be required to participate in and/or manage projects - 100% rate (80% possible) - Daytime hours. Generalist/HR Manager - payroll and commerce, economics, or equivalent, ideally complemented by a focus on human resources. Confirmed experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of the Swiss legal framework (social insurance, LAA/LPP); watchmaking/microtechnology collective labor agreement = working with numbers and good mastery of MS tools and an ERP/HRIS and/or payroll/time software = sense of confidentiality, autonomy. Very good command of French is essential. We offer a job with a high degree of responsibility in a stimulating position within a dynamic environment. Good personnel management (life cycle): entries/exits, trial period; digitalized files complete: controls, closures, accounts; corrections and reliability of transmitted data. Time management: monitoring of schedules (if applicable), absences, and payroll/finances. Social insurance and follow-up cases: AVS, LPP, LAA, IJM, APG, etc.; and monitoring of long-term cases. Compliance: internal procedures and the watchmaking/microtechnology collective labor agreement; adherence to legal/contractual deadlines.
