Your agility and ability to serve as a role model will enable you to work effectively, possessing extensive product knowledge and the capability to assist others in their learning and development alongside you. Your background may lie in the food services industry or retail, but regardless of your field, you must possess the necessary leadership credentials to embrace this thrilling opportunity.
