Chef de Partie (3AA Rosette)

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our 3 AA Rosette kitchen team.

Who we are:

3 AA Rosette, 5 silver star Restaurant with rooms
4 day working week / 44 hours a week
30 cover restaurant doing breakfast, dinner & Sunday lunch service only
14 bedrooms
Team of 5 chefs
Independent family owned business

What we're looking for:

A chef with a rosette background preferred but not essential, with a passion for cooking Tasting menus and working with world class ingredients
You're able to work in a small team, responsible for running your own section
Familiar with food safety & hygiene practices

We are located in the village of Austwick, near Settle in the Yorkshire Dales - a beautiful and scenic part of the UK. We're 30 minutes drive from Skipton, and 45 minutes from Kendal and Lancaster. We are in a rural location, so own transport would be benefical, although not essential as we offer staff accommodation in the village.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
