We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Transformation/AI Business Analyst to support major strategic transformation initiatives within our Corporate & Investment Banking division. This role is integral to driving end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling innovative digital capabilities across the organisation.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and AI initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and governance processes are met.

• Own requirements gathering, working with business teams to define problem statements and project scopes.

• Conduct current-state and target-state process mapping to support optimisation and automation.

• Identify effective digital and AI solutions in partnership with technology teams, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.

• Build and deploy low-code solutions using Microsoft technologies (eg PowerApps, Power Automate).

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

• Monitor solution performance, tracking KPIs, ROI, and operational impact.

• Manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional working groups to ensure alignment and delivery success.

• Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption across impacted teams.

• Proven experience delivering AI-driven solutions within Financial Services.

• Strong understanding of corporate lending, derivative hedging, and capital markets workflows.

• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and communication across senior levels.

• Experience in change management and transformation programmes.

• Solid technical understanding of APIs, system integration, automation concepts, and digital tooling.

• Experience with low-code platforms and digital transformation methodologies (preferred).

• Background in financial market products and analytics (advantageous).
