Job Description
British Garden Centres is seeking a Team Leader to deliver excellent customer service and support the Manager while mentoring retail advisers across outdoor living and indoor departments. You will help plan and build all seasonal changes, including Christmas setup, to create an engaging shopping environment.
Based at Osterley, you will manage staff schedules, train colleagues, and uphold health and safety standards.
