Essential

• Solid knowledge of furniture production, joinery, and woodworking machinery.
• Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
• Passion for quality, sustainability, and social impact.
• Hands on leadership style, with line management experience. Being proactive, solution-focused, and approachable.
• Driving licence and ability to drive a 3.5t van.

Desirable

• Proven experience leading a workshop, production team, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in upcycling, restoration, or circular economy practices.
• CNC experience.
• Knowledge and passion around sustainability.

You'll oversee a talented team producing high quality contract furniture, drive efficiency and innovation, and build an inclusive, safe, and inspiring environment.
