Essential
- Solid knowledge of furniture production, joinery, and woodworking machinery.
- Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
- Passion for quality, sustainability, and social impact.
- Hands on leadership style, with line management experience. Being proactive, solution-focused, and approachable.
- Driving licence and ability to drive a 3.5t van.
Desirable
- Proven experience leading a workshop, production team, or similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience in upcycling, restoration, or circular economy practices.
- CNC experience.
- Knowledge and passion around sustainability.
