Project Manager Engineering (M/F) 100 %

As a key member of our project management team, you will lead and oversee complex process engineering projects ensuring smooth execution from design to delivery.

You will:

• Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT)
• Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications)
• Define project timelines and track key deliverables
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration internally

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering (process, mechanical, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in process engineering or project management, ideally in a similar environment
• Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
• Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable personality with strong initiative
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a genuine team player mindset
