Our client, a prominent US law firm, is seeking an experienced funds paralegal to provide integral support to associates and partners.

It is essential that you have at least 12 months' experience as a corporate paralegal with some funds work (ideally from a top US or international law firm), strong academics, and a very positive, proactive approach to work as well as drive and initiative. Strong client skills will also be needed.

Expected duties include openings files, arranging fund closings, manage filings with FCA, Companies House etc., drafting documents, preparing bibles and more.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience in funds work and the firm have a culture of training and developing their employees. Salary is completely negotiable based on experience.
