Description

A single family office managing assets across a wide range of geographies and strategies is looking for a talented individual for a Portfolio Managers Assistant position. This is a broad generalist role within a small, collegial team, offering broad exposure and growth opportunities across the full range of operational and investment functions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Calculate and implement trades on behalf of fund manager
• Monitor daily cash flows and margin movements
• Oversee and co-ordinate trade execution and settlement
• Produce investment reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Manage and maintain the investment database
• Monitor margin balances held at brokers

Candidate Profile:

• 2-4 years relevant investment management experience
• Educated to degree level; minimum 2:1 or equivalent
• Enthusiastic and hands-on approach
• Strong grasp of Excel
• Good analytical and quantitative skills
