• Salary: from 63,000 to 72,000+ up to 10% company bonus

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack, you'll be the backbone of our engineering team, driving innovation, mentoring developers, and delivering high-impact solutions. You'll make key technical decisions, ensure best practices, and turn complex challenges into seamless software. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a Squad - Guide a team of 4-6 developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Driving Technical Strategy - Architect, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentoring & Coaching - Conduct 1:1s, provide support, and encourage continuous growth.
• Balancing Hands-On & Leadership - Code when needed while setting clear goals and expectations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with Squad Managers to ensure smooth, high-quality deliveries.
• Shaping the Team - Play a key role in hiring and building a high-performing development squad.

What We're Looking For

• A Mentor & Motivator - Able to inspire and elevate a technical team.
• A Problem Solver - Comfortable tackling complex challenges and driving solutions.
• An Agile Champion - Experienced with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices.
• A Cloud Enthusiast - Familiar with Azure and modern cloud-based development.

• CI/CD Mastery - Experience with Azure DevOps and automated pipelines.
• IaC Know-How - Familiarity with Bicep and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• TypeScript Skills - Extra points if you're proficient in TypeScript.
• Agency Experience - Used to fast-paced, high-impact environments.
