In your role you will be responsible for: Welcoming our guests with warmth on arrival and departure with passion Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options Maintaining our electronic bookings systems Producing and verifying invoices, including managing payments Cash transactions and cashing up Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no-shows, answering emails)Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here!
