The Front Office Agent is a full-time, on-site role based at The Royal Yacht Hotel in St. Helier. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and professional front office experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries in person and by phone or email, handling reservations and room assignments, processing payments, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
