Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Front of House Supervisor to oversee the smooth delivery of service at Bromsgrove School.

• Lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and dining area cleanliness.
• Ensure all hospitality events run smoothly and professionally.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a positive and proactive way.
• Support with ordering, stock control, and record keeping.
• Uphold all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
• Apply our respectful codes of conduct in interactions with clients, customers, suppliers, and partners.

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a front of house or customer service supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people skills, with a positive and approachable manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both face to face and written.
• Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great customer experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
