The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and polished Front of House Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous front desk experience-preferably within a corporate environment-who thrives in a professional, client facing setting.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, setting the tone for a welcoming, seamless workplace experience.

Location: Central London

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Excellence

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area

Client & Visitor Experience

  • Act as an ambassador for our client's brand and values
  • Assist with enquiries, providing accurate information or directing appropriately
  • Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable, positive waiting experience

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor schedules
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments
  • Support the Front of House Manager with internal events and initiatives

Professionalism & Initiative

  • Anticipate needs and proactively enhance the guest experience
  • Handle busy periods and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Uphold a polished and professional appearance
About You
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience (corporate preferred)
  • Hospitality experience (hotel or restaurant) considered at minimum
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Friendly, confident, and naturally engaging personality
  • Resilient under pressure and adaptable in a fast paced environment
