Front-of-House & Venue Operations Lead

Keele University in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a friendly, organised Venue Co-ordinator to lead on the Keele in Town venue's front-of-house and facilities management in this on-site role.

You will be the main contact for building users, handling enquiries by in-person, phone and email, while supporting bookings, procurement and record-keeping. This permanent, full-time post includes ensuring licensing compliance and a positive visitor experience.
