Front of House & Nursery Operations Lead (Flexible Hours)

N Family Club in Buckhurst Hill is seeking a Flexi Front of House Manager to drive exceptional customer service and oversee daily nursery operations. You will lead the Kitchen and Cleaning teams, manage budgets, rotas and procurement, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Role requires a strong people focus, problem-solving, and a flexible approach to shifts within opening hours; early mornings and occasional weekends may be required.
