Academics are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher with the ability to teach both French and Spanish across KS3 to KS5. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive secondary school in Swindon that values creativity, high standards, and a love of language learning.

The successful candidate will be confident delivering engaging and well-structured lessons, inspiring students to develop strong communication skills and a genuine interest in both languages. The role is suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
• Assess, track, and report on student progress effectively
• Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
• Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
• Support the development of the Modern Foreign Languages curriculum

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A degree in French, Spanish, MFL, or a related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching French and Spanish across KS3-KS5
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A committed and proactive approach to teaching and learning
