Lead Teacher of Computer Science

The Coleshill School is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and ambitious teacher to take on the role of Lead Teacher of Computer Science. This is an excellent chance for someone to shape the Computer Science curriculum, lead a dedicated team, and make a real impact on students' learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Computer Science across the school.
• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students.
• Monitor and raise student attainment and progress within the department.
• Support colleagues through mentoring, coaching, collaborative planning.
• Support the wider school vision and ethos through active engagement in school life.
