Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a successful and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in East Yorkshire, who are actively looking to recruit an FP&A Manager.

Working closely with the Head of FP&A and Business Partnering, you'll be involved in a mix of forecasting, analysis, and strategic support across the business. Day to day, you'll:

• Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Analyse business performance and share clear, actionable insights
• Partner with senior leaders to support key decisions and projects
• Help develop smarter reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards
• Carry out financial modelling and ad hoc analysis when needed

We're looking for someone who's hands-on, curious, and confident working with stakeholders across the business. You'll likely have experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG, and you'll bring:

• Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability
• Experience using (or an interest in learning) Power BI
• Confidence presenting financial information to senior teams
• ACCA/CIMA qualification, part qualification, or you're working towards it
• A collaborative mindset and a positive approach to change
