One of our clients is looking for a FP&A Implementation Associate in Barcelona, a fast-growing financial planning platform for finance teams. In this role, we're looking for passionate individuals to join their FP&A Operations team, where you'll play a crucial role in transforming the financial journey of many clients! As part of the team, you'll partner with customers throughout their onboarding experience, diving deep into their current financial models and processes.

Main responsibilities


  • Seamlessly integrate new clients' data and systems into the platform
  • Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' existing processes
  • Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into experts
  • Provide impactful financial analysis to empower informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovative new features


Core skills/experience


  • Experience in FP&A, broader Finance or consulting experience
  • The ability to dig deep into the data and think from first principles while delivering the best results
  • The desire to work in a client-facing role and the ability to communicate complexity in a simple way to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving with Excel
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
  • Eagerness to learn fast and ability to adopt an ownership mentality
