Job Description
Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a growing property / construction business in Dublin on an exciting FP&A Analyst opportunity.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will play a key part in developing the organisation's FP&A function, with responsibility across forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, cash flow analysis and commercial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain financial models across P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
- Deliver variance, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare monthly FP&A reports, dashboards and management commentary.
- Partner with Commercial and operational teams to understand performance, costs and margins.
- Provide insight and constructive challenge to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
- Support reporting, process improvement and ad hoc finance projects.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE
- Strong FP&A, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Confident working with senior and non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience in a project-based, construction or property environment would be advantageous.
