DC Team Leader - 12-Hour Day/Night Shifts

Marks & Spencer Plc in Lichfield is recruiting permanent, full-time Team Managers for our new distribution centre opening in 2027. You'll lead warehouse teams on day or night shifts, operating a 12-hour shift pattern on a two-week rotating schedule.

Your role focuses on coaching, performance, and delivering right product to the right places, on time, with a strong health & safety culture. You'll drive productivity, manage resourcing with shifts, and foster a one-team approach across functions.
