Footwear Designer: Seasonal Concepts & Brand Narrative

Dr. Martens is seeking a Designer to join the Consumer & Brand team, driving consumer-centric design across global markets.

You will contribute to seasonal concepts, craft CADs and communicate design intent, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure range consistency and impact. You will balance creativity with practical constraints, maintain PLM data, and help shape seasonal narratives and materials, while delivering high-quality visuals and assets for internal and external
