Strategic People Partner (ER & Org Design) - 12m FTC

The Airedale Group is seeking a Group People Partner to lead employment relations across the business and translate strategy into practical people priorities. This 12-month FTC role partners with leaders and the wider People Team to strengthen leadership, drive change, and support talent, culture, and performance.

You will use data-driven approaches to deliver strategic People solutions, build workforce capability, and foster an inclusive, compliant, and high-performing workplace across multiple
