Development Chef - Foodservice (South Dublin & South Leinster)

Do you enjoy working with food but want something different from the day-to-day pressures of a kitchen? We're hiring a Development Chef for a growing foodservice supplier supporting deli counters, cafés, fast food outlets and catering businesses across South Dublin and Leinster. This is a customer facing role where you'll work directly with chefs, deli managers and foodservice operators, helping them get the best from a range of food products through demonstrations, menu ideas and practical support.

What you'll be doing:

• Visiting customer sites across South Dublin and Leinster
• Demonstrating food preparation, presentation and serving ideas
• Supporting new product launches and menu development
• Working with chefs and deli managers to improve quality and consistency
• Sharing practical ideas to help customers maximise product performance
• Building strong relationships with foodservice customers

What we're looking for:

• Chef, Sous Chef, Deli Manager or similar foodservice background
• Strong customer facing experience
• Comfortable presenting ideas and working directly with customers
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Full driving licence
• Based within South Dublin or the wider South Leinster region
